The Vinyasa Yoga that we propose has its source in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This practice supported by the breath leads to a state of interiority and presence, guiding energy into the deep tissues. No need for flexibility. The body loosens and strengthens through the practice of entering this state of being. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is considered a powerful therapy for restoring and maintaining the balance of the body.
The teaching is transmitted by Anne, trained for 4 years in "Ashtanga Sadhana", a school of study and training for teaching Ashtanga Yoga, in Montpellier. All the fundamental aspects of yoga are developed: postures, breathing, meditation, mantras, philosophy and other techniques promoting interiority.
